Every purchase in the Swing Shop goes to support the programs and exhibitions of the American Jazz Museum.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards as well as Paypal. The online store uses secure software to safeguard your information.
 
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs. Please email swingshop@kcjazz.org or call 816.474.0393 to arrange a return or exchange. DVDs, CDs, and Vinyl must be unopened to receive credit.
 
Damaged Items
We strive to prepare, pack, and ship our items with care to ensure that they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please email swingshop@kcjazz.org or call 816.474.0393 to arrange a return or exchange.

Orders are fulfilled based on inventory availability. In the event an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you. Orders are fulfilled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
